이 모자는 파리 일 드 라 시테(île de la Cité)에 위치한 파투 스튜디오에서 디자인된 후, 1945년 설립된 프랑스의 모자 제작 전문 공방의 장인들의 손길로 만들어집니다. 각 모자는 자신의 일에 대한 열정을 지닌 재단사에 의해 제작됩니다. 공방은 미래의 장인이 되고자 하는 이들을 교육하기도 합니다. 모자 제작에 필요한 전문 기술의 습득에는 9개월의 교육 과정이 필수로 요구됩니다. 또한 폐기물을 걸러내고 친환경 소재를 사용함으로써 생산 과정이 환경에 미치는 영향을 제한하는 프로세스를 시행하고 있습니다.
A Green Case for your hat
Our Patou hats present themselves as gourmet cakes, but healthy! They are delivered in a drawstring pouch made of organic cotton. We have developed sustainable recycled cardboard packaging made of recycled wood fibres and shavings, with no glue, no plastic, no waste! The components of pleasure!
Patou Green
At Patou, being green is not only about communication; it is part of our daily life. Our offices have been furnished with recycled wood desks, hemp custom-made carpets, low consumption LED lightling. The Patou stationnery is made of 100% recylcled paper, we have chosen a bike messenger partner in Paris and we offset carbon emissions of our shippings by applying to DHL Go Green program.
